ADM is a global leader in human and animal nutrition, delivering innovative solutions and high-quality ingredients to customers worldwide. We are currently looking for a Junior Purchase Administrator to join our Animal Nutrition team and support Direct Procurement activities during the M3 ERP implementation. This role is a contract role for approximately 9 months.

Your Role

As a Junior Purchase Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth procurement operations, supporting supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate purchasing data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in the ERP system
  • Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records
  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and invoice discrepancies
  • Support supplier communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate with internal departments to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely procurement
  • Verify and reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding claims or incidents
  • Support demand planning for raw materials and ingredients
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant training in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
