Position Summary:

Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration and supporting key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies) in compliance with labor legislation and internal company standards.

Based in Chornomorks, Odesa region, Ukraine

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration and control of HR documentation, including hiring, transfers, relocations, terminations, bonuses, financial assistance, labor contracts.
  • Supporting Trainee, Expat, Internship program, etc.
  • Prepare job descriptions, job offers, employment contracts, and assignment letters.
  • Supporting local trainings.
  • Administration of employee health insurance contracts.
  • Recruitment (placing ads, telephone calls to candidates, interviews, work with recruiting agencies).
  • Preparation of local and ADM HR reports.
  • Working with internal HR systems (SAP EC, Kenexa, MyADM, etc.)
  • Labor market analysis and participation in salary benchmarking surveys.
  • Charity projects arrangements.
  • Cooperating with all departments on day-to-day basis.
  • Participation in HR projects and initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR or personnel administration.
  • Knowledge of HR administration processes and documentation requirements.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • MS Office.
  • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.
  • High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to details.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivation for continuous professional development in HR.
