Responsibilities

Financial planning and analysis: Provide company leadership with analytical tools to understand operational results, cost drivers, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, build and run financial models and scenarios, run variance analysis, etc.

Financial Reporting: Help to produce accurate monthly US GAAP financial statements, strictly adhering to group compliance standards and operational deadlines.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with other functions to track KPIs and help to optimize their performance

Management Reporting: Participate in reparation of regular internal management reports

Internal Controls: Help monitor compliance with internal and SOX control frameworks.

Project Support: Participate in ad-hoc business projects.

The key professional requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or auditing (experience preparing financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS is preferred)

Software: Advanced experience in any ERP system Analysis: strong analytical mindset (prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L variance analysis is preferred)

Languages: English written and spoken (B1+ is a minimum). Fluency in Ukrainian is required for team communication.

Proactive mindset: ability to generate new ideas, see potential risks and control gaps

Adaptability: be flexible between routine controlling tasks and ad-hoc requests and projects

Communication and adaptivity to the corporate culture: being able cooperate effectively across other departments and business units

Detail orientation: ability to handle massive data sets under tight corporate deadlines

Stress tolerance: ability to remain effective under the pressure of monthly closing cycle
