• Fluency in English and French

• Good knowledge of basic IT tools

• A collaborative and innovative mindset ensuring the continuous improvement of processes

Main responsibilities:

Order processing

Communication with customers

Organising export procedures whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Monitoring the documentation associated with the procedures managed, ensuring compliance with internal rules and applicable legislation

Collaborate in maintaining and updating the quality and food safety system

Ensure compliance with all best practices associated with the process in order to guarantee that all relevant requirements are met

Support the department's month-end activities

Other activities associated with the Customer Service sector

Qualification and experience:

1-3 years of experience in similar roles

Skills:

Portuguese

English

French
