As part of our 2-year European Operations Traineeship, you will gain hands-on experience in production and maintenance environments, work alongside experienced engineers and managers, and contribute to projects focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
Learn how a modern manufacturing plant operates
Develop technical knowledge in maintenance and reliability
Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
Build strong relationships across departments
Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment
Gain exposure to leadership and people management practices
What We Are Looking For
Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Good English skills
Basic French is an advantage, or willingness to learn French
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Open to new experiences and potential mobility opportunities during the program
Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, and continuous improvement
