What would be your key responsibilities
As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing specific, smaller costumers assigned directly to you within our team across all market segments (one-on-one support).
You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and closing the deal to providing comprehensive customer support. You will receive coaching from your manager or an experienced team member as needed.
You provide efficient customer support using defined standard services and our standard portfolio.
With your inspiring personality, you'll earn customers' trust, build lasting relationships through empathy, and continue to develop them
You'll independently organize and conduct digital customer meetings. You'll also occasionally visit customers on-site with your manager.
You identify opportunities and implement overarching strategies with your existing clients with the goal of increasing revenue.
You regularly report your KPIs, such as win rate and pipeline, to your manager. To do this, you use our tools, such as Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, and CRM.
What will make you successful
You have successfully completed a business-related apprenticeship or degree program and already have professional experience in sales
You are a talented salesperson with an empathetic personality
You are passionate about the food industry and have a keen interest in food trends, innovative products, and our customers' needs
You love interacting with customers and have the right business acumen for negotiations
You've already demonstrated your communication and negotiation skills and have experience building long-term customer relationships
You're familiar with digital tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or PowerBI and enjoy developing new solutions
You're used to working in an organized and independent manner
You're an entrepreneurial, enthusiastic team player who also enjoys thinking outside the box
You speak German at a native level and have very good English; additional languages are a plus
