This is a role for an ambitious and driven brand champion with a strong growth mindset and a passion for building brands. We're looking for a creative and commercially driven Assistant Brand Manager with brand and/or marketing experience to support the development and execution of LaSavista's brand strategy, reporting to the Marketing Manager and helping to identify new opportunities and drive innovation. This role is pivotal in shaping brand identity, driving awareness, and supporting commercial growth across both B2B (Foodservice) and B2C channels (Amazon).

  • A primary objective of this role is to support the marketing manager in executing the brand plan to drive growth.
  • Work closely with our agency partner, gaining hands-on experience in brand development and exposure to best- in-class marketing practices.
  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies to build brand awareness, brand equity and customer engagement across all channels.
  • Own and manage the brand activity and innovation calendar, including campaign launches, updating brand folders, seasonal activations, range expansion projects and new product launches.
  • Represent the marketing function throughout the commercialisation process, working cross-functionally with commercial, sales, technical, regulatory and project management teams to ensure new products and range extensions are successfully launched on time and in full.
  • Create and manage marketing content across websites, digital channels, social media, email, packaging, sales materials and customer presentations, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand and fit for purpose.
  • Work closely with category, commercial and sales teams to identify market opportunities, monitor consumer and industry trends, and evaluate competitor activity to support future growth.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on brand, campaign and digital performance, using insights to optimise activity and inform future marketing plans.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives, including exhibitions, customer events, point-of-sale materials, sales tools and customer-facing campaigns to help drive awareness and sales across Foodservice and B2C channels.
  • Champion brand consistency across all internal and external communications, ensuring both LaSavista and ADM
  • Foodservice are represented professionally and consistently across every touchpoint..


Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand building, and omni-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with attention to detail and a passion for Foodservice
  • Experience working with new/challenger brands


Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in marketing and/or brand management, preferably within B2B Foodservice or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing and/or brand strategies that drive tangible growth
  • Preferably experience in working with external agency partners
  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Foodservice operators, B2B marketing dynamics or B2C e-commerce channels such as Amazon
