Agile Methodology Leader - Erlanger, KY [Cincinnati area]
This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary:
ADM Global Technology is unlocking the power of technology to bring automation at scale across the enterprise, embed analytics into decision-making for our people, and drive innovation into the experiences of our customers, producers, suppliers, and employees.
The Agile Methodology Leader is a member of the PMO leadership team within the Global Technology organization reporting to the Senior Program Director, PMO. This person will establish our Agile Center of Excellence and drive consistency and best practices in our teams, enabling our agile transformation.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Guide the continuous integration of agile practices with enterprise standards
  • Teach, mentor, and improve agile practices across the organization
  • Manage and develop the Agile COE team members, including scrum masters
  • Establish agile methodology, consistent use of tools, and KPIs to measure for success
  • Engage with scrum teams in a strategic and tactical way to ensure successful delivery
  • Coach and train senior leaders on agile concepts and principles, including executive and business sponsors
  • Develop and deliver strategy and roadmap for agile transformation across varying delivery capabilities, including ERP implementation, data, and digital
Required Skills:
  • Extensive Agile knowledge (Product Management, Planning, Frameworks & Concepts, Scaling, Tooling)
  • Agile team building and management
  • Experience with applying agile principles to Waterfall delivery
  • Experience with Agile delivery integrated in a DevOps environment
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Agile Testing practices
  • Translating thought leadership into action and tangible results
  • Previous experience developing and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long term
  • Consistent track record of applying deep subject matter expertise to align teams to a central vision, while also listening and engaging others to provide input in the shaping of that vision
  • Consistent track record of leading and empowering a diverse group of professionals
  • Strong collaborator who engages colleagues and business partners
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to facilitate working with senior management at all levels
  • Strong people leader who possesses the ability to positively work with a variety of teams and to influence and align others
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to play an active leadership role in agile transformations.
  • Significant Agile experience preferred, including experience a variety of Agile delivery environments, and understanding of the various benefits and challenges with industry frameworks
  • Significant experience acting as a scrum master or agile coach in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated experience coaching organizations on best practices and experience working at the leadership level
  • Experience with large scale software delivery, including ERP, preferably SAP
  • Experience with agile transformation at scale
  • Demonstrated experience successfully leading a large scale change initiative

Some travel may be required (10-25%) when business travel is permitted.
