We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Plant & Operations Administrator to join our team in Komrom.
This is much more than a traditional administrative position. You will work closely with the Plant Manager and site leadership team, support day-to-day manufacturing operations, and contribute to projects that improve the way our plant performs.
If you enjoy variety, like keeping things organized, and want to understand how an international manufacturing site really works, this could be a great opportunity for you.
What will you do?
Support Plant Leadership
Work closely with the Plant Manager and site management team.
Prepare presentations, meeting materials and minutes, and help follow up on key actions.
Coordinate business travel, expenses, customer and partner visits, and internal events.
Manage important correspondence and official company communication channels.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
Prepare and distribute inventory, production and operational reports.
Support raw material procurement and related documentation.
Assist with Purchase Requisitions, supplier administration and contract records.
Support fixed asset inventories, customs administration and other key plant processes.
Help ensure that important operational information is accurate, available and up to date.
Help Us Improve
Support reporting and analysis of plant performance, including efficiency, downtime, reliability and costs.
Participate in Performance Excellence and Lean initiatives, such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban.
Support the management and distribution of plant procedures, SOPs and other controlled documentation.
Cooperate with Operations, Maintenance and EHS teams on administrative and improvement activities.
What are we looking for?
You could be a great fit if you:
Have a secondary or university/college degree; business administration, engineering or logistics is an advantage.
Have previous administrative, coordinator or assistant experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
Communicate confidently in Hungarian and English.
Are comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
Are organized, reliable and able to manage several priorities at the same time.
Enjoy working with different people and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
Are curious and willing to learn how a manufacturing plant operates.
Experience with systems such as MAXIMO, SAP, Concur or document management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
What can you expect from us?
Competitive salary and benefits package
Stable and predictable working hours
Travel allowance
Cafeteria benefits
A varied role where no two days are exactly the same
Direct exposure to plant leadership and manufacturing operations
The opportunity to learn across Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Procurement and Continuous Improvement
Continuous learning and professional development
An international and supportive working environment
More than administration
This role gives you the opportunity to become a key coordination point within the plant, understand how different functions work together, and make a visible contribution to the site's everyday performance.
