Role Summary
We are looking for an Enrollment Specialist to support enrollment and help the successful implementation of participation requirements of producers working with AgSpire to implement practice changes on their operation. You will play a pivotal role in working directly with producers and are responsible for stewarding producers through all enrollment and data collection steps, ensuring information is collected and recorded accurately; providing frequent and proactive communication with producers and internal teams; and manage producer data within our CRM and data collection tools. This position requires a detail-oriented individual, with experience in production agriculture systems, who thrives in a flexible, collaborative and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, hybrid, salaried position, reporting to the Vice President, Producer Programs and Technical Assistance.


What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for partnering and guiding producers through the enrollment process, ensuring all required documentation is completed, recorded accurately, and submitted on time.
  • Build strong relationships with producers, answering questions promptly and professionally.
  • Frequently communicate with producers via email, phone, and text to provide clear and concise information about participation benefits, requirements, and deadlines.
  • Support producers with collecting, recording, and maintaining accurate operational data records.
  • Be responsible for enrollment data collection, entry, and accuracy within AgSpire CRM and data management systems.
  • Keep up-to-date records of producer enrollment status and program participation.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, including guidelines, informational materials, and producer communications.
  • Build and maintain workflow management tools; create reporting dashboards; maintain internal workflow documents.
  • Work in partnership with Producer Advisors and Technical Advisors to support program implementation and verification in different capacities across a range of participants.
  • Support auditing and reporting as needed by providing relevant data and materials.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Animal Science, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of US agriculture production systems, specifically beef cattle, dairy, and row crops.
  • Technologically savvy, with a high level of comfort working in Microsoft Office Suite, Enterprise CRM systems, and other web-based platforms and tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to influence and educate others to convey materials effectively.
  • Seeks opportunities to take on new tasks and responsibilities, stepping into help wherever it’s needed.

 

General Information:

  • Location: Denver Metro Area (Hybrid) – remote candidates could be considered in the U.S.

  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually
  • Travel: Occasional (<15%) within the US for meetings and other business-related activities.
  • Frequent sitting for long durations of time throughout the day is required.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying lightweight equipment during travel may be required (e.g., laptop bag)
  • The ability to use a computer and type/use mouse for extended durations of the day is required.
  • The ability to see and read text on a computer screen, as well as visual material for design and marketing purposes is required.
  • The ability to hear and participate in remote meetings and discussions via audio conferencing or video calls is required.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license. Occasional driving may be required as needed for business purposes. Therefore, the ability to sit for an extended period while driving, manual dexterity to handle the steering wheel, and strong visual acuity for driving various distances in different lighting conditions are required.
