Will quickly advance to sales role calling on farmers and dispatching trucks/spreaders. In few years will be lead ag salesperson responsible for coaching other sales reps while continuing to work territory. In time will take on additional duties working with construction market preparing estimates and submitting bids. Requires excellent communication skills, flexibility, and sense of urgency.
