Retailing System (CRS) offers diverse and rewarding

Within the CRS, numerous opportunities exist for advance-
ment and ongoing training —whether you’re an experi-
enced ag professional or new to the field.
Tomorrow’s agricultural leaders are getting a head start
on their careers with Co-op’s Excellence in Ag Program,
a unique scholarship and internship opportunity that
provides students with financial support, mentorship and
valuable field experience.
Every year, up to four post-secondary students studying
agriculture or agribusiness are accepted into this compre-
hensive, multi-year program, which includes the following:
• Up to $20,000 in scholarships
• Paid summer internships for up to three years at a Co-op
Agro Centre in Manitoba, Saskatchewan or Alberta
• Opportunities for full-time employment — including
a signing bonus — following completion of post-

The CRS provides a supportive environment in which
to learn and grow. In addition to the Excellence in Ag
Program, the CRS offers many other summer-student
positions, and it has a strong record of retaining students
once their schooling is complete. Following graduation,
new employees can also receive support for additional
agronomy training.
