  • Deep working knowledge of local agricultural crops and market practices


  • Provides clear direction and can motivate individuals and teams

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

  • Develop and oversee research and field trial program.


  • Assist in agronomic training of other Nachurs personnel.


  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, producer organizations and other research and extension agencies.


  • Assist in diagnostic and troubleshooting services as it relates to Nachurs products.


  • Assist sales personnel with direct farm visits to growers in order to promote, generate interest for and develop customer loyalty for the Nachurs portfolio of products.


  • Participate in grower meetings and trade shows as required .


  • Participate in activities as required to help build loyalty to the Nachurs brand.


  • Other duties as may be required from time to time.


Compensation and Benefits:
  • In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $58,000 - $72,500 annually. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, retirement plans, and other benefits.
