We are expanding our sales team within our Ag Services Division. We are seeking Sales Representatives to develop new territories for us in their state (MO/IL/KY/IA/NE/KS/MN). We provide our sales team with a substantial territory to grow a successful business and a large portfolio of products to offer landowners.
Our focus as a company is to offer a full menu of service to landowners from the time they sell or buy a farm throughout the life of their ownership of the farm. Our goal is to guide the landowner on how to be as profitable as possible by achieving the best growth results possible.

- 5+ years of professional agricultural industry experience
- Territory Sales Experience preferred
- Personal farm experience preferred
- Ability to work as an independent contractor & commission only compensation
- Financial stability to support start-up costs associated with growing a territory
- A strong and diverse network of contacts to build a book of business
- Wide knowledgeable of topics related to farm production
- Knowledge of farm input management (soil prescriptions, fertilizer and chemical programs, soil testing, seed testing, seed selection, and placement)
- Legally, ethically, and professionally work directly with rural landowners to maximize the potential of their farm operation
- Grow and develop new accounts in an assigned territory
- Understand the most efficient and effective strategies for crop production for a variety of agricultural situations
- Develop contacts and network within the agricultural industry to better represent farmers
- Possess a professional level knowledge of principles and practices involved in new ag business development, product marketing, and sales
- Properly represent the Whitetail Properties Real Estate brand and Ag Services branch to the general public.
