Shift: Day Shift - Core hours 7:00AM - 4:00Pm Monday through Friday Weekends/Evenings as needed to serve our customers.
Hiring Range: $69,040 to $90,000 -In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
As Bulk Terminal Supervisor, you will be a key member of the Greenbelt leadership team. You will direct, supervise and coordinate all operations activities at our Bulk Terminal in Eldora, IA. This terminal stores a variety of chemical products, by way of tank transfers, tank truck loading and unloading, and other activities. Responsibilities include management of personnel, equipment, facilities, supply chain operations, inventory, distribution, customer relationships and satisfaction, safety, compliance, and other operations. You will partner with multiple stakeholders- internal and external for supply chain operations. You will also be part of several collaborative teams. Ultimately, you drive the successful operation of the Bulk Terminal.
This role is part of our Greenbelt Transport, LLC business, who oversees storage and delivery of our crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products to our member-owners and other partners.

Experience-Education Required:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Supervisory Experience: 1+ years of experience managing people; Candidates in the rotational Land O'Lakes programs (TAP/MMT/DMT) will be considered.
Leadership: 1+ years of experience with operations and/or warehouse management. Ability to demonstrate successful past leadership in operations, warehouse management, and/or managing personnel
Technology: proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, smartphones, and other hardware/software
Certifications: Current driver's license.
Preferred:
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Business, Engineering Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
Supervisory Experience: 3+ years or more experience managing people
Budgeting/Forecasting: practice experience building sales and inventory forecasts, collaborating with internal supply chain partners, and/or managing a substantial budget
Regulations/Compliance: Experience working with DOT regulations, EH&S programs, and other compliance/safety procedures.
Certifications: 24 hours HAZWoper Training, Class B CDL
Technology: Experience with Terminal Operating Systems (e,g. Kahler Automation, VAREC)
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
