retirement contributions, paid time off, and educational assistance. SUMMARYAs a Senior Communication Manager (internal), you will be part of the Global
Communications and Brand team, working to tell the Simplot story to internal
audiences around the globe. You will work across the Company to create and
implement a cohesive strategy to communicate with and engage Simplot Company
employees, including senior leaders. In this position, you will be responsible
for the orchestration, management and delivery of employee-related
communications on behalf of the business. This
role will also work closely with human resources leaders and change management
teams to develop strategic messaging in support of large-scale change management
initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIESOwn internal communication processes, best
practices, and channel governance throughout the Company.Develop and deliver an evolving internal
communications strategy and promotion of the internal communication discipline
across the Company, globally.Provide executive-level internal communications support for senior
leadership, including developing and executing a strategy for cascading
leadership messages to the right audiences at the right times, and establishing
a consistent and effective platform for communicating to global audiences
throughout the yearAct as a consultative partner to the
businesses and functions in developing marketing and communications strategies,
messages and tactics aligned with corporate messaging.Manage internal communications channels and platforms (intranet sites,
enterprise social media channels, video streaming, etc.)Identify compelling internal stories to
share, partner with contacts to help them broadly communicate their priorities
and success, and manage the development and execution of writing, visual, or
video communications.Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating and distributing
communications that expands program awareness and adoption globally. BASIC
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree from a 4 year college or universityMinimum of 6 years of experience in employee and/or corporate communicationsExtensive experience in the internal communications disciplineExperience in planning and implementation of strategic and tactical
communications plans and executing against themExtensive experience partnering effectively with senior executives, and
able to develop content in their voice and style.Demonstrated experience working effectively with a variety of
organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.Experience in creating and implementing change management strategiesExperience working with large-scale transformation effortsExperience in fast-moving environment coupled with strong
prioritization capabilities and flexibility.Excellent PowerPoint capabilities.

Experience in social media platforms, intranet content development and
other communication technologies.
