Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC has an immediate opening for a Miscellaneous Payables Clerk at our Corporate office in Collierville, TN.
SUMMARY: Ensures the timely payment of miscellaneous invoices, petty cash reimbursements, and business expense reimbursements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Reviews invoices for proper approval prior to payment.
Processes invoices for payment by coding and keying into the A/P system on a timely basis.
Audits daily error reports.
Maintains open and paid invoice files.
Communicates with division and location offices to resolve invoice discrepancies.
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and one year work related experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Experience with 10 key calculator.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good computer skills.
Experience with data entry.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
