SUMMARY: Tracks fertilizer prices, availability, and trucking information for all Division locations. Coordinates the ordering of fertilizer for all Division locations and communicates inventory status.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Issues and tracks fertilizer purchase orders for all Division locations.
Issues and tracks vendor fertilizer release numbers for all locations in the Division.
Issues and tracks Helena internal and customer fertilizer order release numbers.
Tracks and confirms that all E.B. fertilizer orders are invoiced by completing fertilizer log.
Prices and keypunches fertilizer invoices into the computer/prints for El Campo entry.
Receives all trucker s paperwork and sorts for appropriate processing or filing.
Prepares freight billing and forwards to El Campo for computer processing.
Prepares inventory receiving for El Campo for computer processing.
Maintains petty cash account records for trucking.
Prepares inventory receiving for Aransas Pass.
Maintains files for truck and equipment maintenance records and drivers logs.
Assists in keeping all price books current.
Assists in answering the telephone.
Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Reliable and regular attendance is expected.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent and one to two years related experience.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Computer skills including Excel, Publisher and Word.
