Primary Purpose & Function
Responsible for building and managing a high-quality loan portfolio, promoting innovative financial products, and representing the Growers Edge brand to drive impact in the agricultural community. Accountable for independently navigating a dynamic sales and execution process, balancing multiple business objectives and product lines while leveraging technology to support farmer success.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Achieve location-specific growth objectives while expanding Grower's Edge market share.
- Promote and sell Growers Edge's modern financial solutions, demonstrating how our technology simplifies lending for farmers.
- Conduct regular visits with clients and partners to strengthen relationships, generate new loans, and supporting long-term success.
- Assist with loan operations to deliver a fast, seamless, and positive client experience.
- Support risk management and collection activities within your portfolio while ensuring adherence to Growers Edge policies.
- Work closely with team members to develop business strategies and prioritize sales pipelines across multiple product lines.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
- Strong background in agriculture with proven business development experience
- 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis and underwriting
- Ability to cultivate string connections with teammates, clients, and partners
- Comfortable using and explaining technology-driven products and services
- Independent, results-driven, and able to prioritize your sales execution day-to-day
- Clear, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients succeed
