Outbound Sales Representative - Produce (NYC Area)

Fierman Produce Exchange has been a staple of the NYC Terminal Market for over 85 years. We're now building a new outbound sales team, focused on bringing in new business and reactivating former accounts. We're hiring experienced produce sales reps who know how to build a book, sale and move product fast. 

Your Day-to-Day: 

• Prospect foodservice and distribution accounts 
• Call and email new leads 
• Reactivate previous buyers 
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure delivery success 
• Track sales activity via CRM 

Ideal Candidate: 

• 3-5 years of experience in produce sales (wholesale, terminal, or FOB) 
• Knows how to hunt, not just maintain 
• Comfortable working early hours in fast-paced environments 
• Excellent phone and in-person presence 
• Familiar with foodservice or ag commodity chains
