PRO-DAIRY is pleased to announce the addition of three dynamic new members to its team, reinforcing its commitment to advancing dairy management and environmental sustainability.
These hires are set to invigorate both the Farm Business Management and Dairy Environmental Systems teams.
The Farm Business Management team is delighted to welcome Lainey Koval and Tori Reese, both graduates of Cornell, renowned for their expertise and passion for dairy management.
Koval, having grown up on Koval Brothers Dairy in Saratoga, brings a deep-rooted understanding of farm financial analysis, essential for the Dairy Farm Business Summary and Analysis (DFBS) project.
She will also contribute to various discussion groups and the Dairy Profit Monitor.
Reese, with her practical experience on a dairy farm and as a forage lab technician, will support the Dairy Profit Monitor and Dairy Advancement Program, focusing on practical and administrative enhancements.
The Dairy Environmental Systems division grows with the addition of Kayli Tolk as an Environmental Systems Technician. Tolk, with a background in environmental science and practical experience in regenerative farming from South Dakota, will play a crucial role in supporting research and outreach projects.
Her work aims to develop innovative methods in manure management and energy systems that promote both farm profitability and environmental stewardship.
These new hires underscore PRO-DAIRY’s dedication to the dairy industry in New York, ensuring the longevity and sustainability of dairy operations through strategic business and environmental practices.
