Job Description: About the role

We are seeking two Support Officer Logistics team members to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role 1: Primarily responsible for operating the truck to complete deliveries, as well as operating the forklift and assisting with general warehouse activities.
Role 2: Focused on picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and performing general warehouse duties.

Both roles suit individuals who take pride in working efficiently, safely, and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

Assist sales staff by picking, packing, and coordinating deliveries of orders to rural clients.
Safely handle, receive, store, and dispatch stock in a timely manner.
Accurately process goods inwards and outwards according to associated paperwork.
Assist with stocktakes and other warehouse or logistics activities as required.

About you

Basic understanding of general merchandise products and safe storage and handling practices.
Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.
Customer service experience (desirable).
Current driver's licence and MR truck licence (for truck driver role).
Current forklift licence
