Feed Your Future campaign events connect agri-food employers and job seekers across the country. Many online shifts and virtual events remain, including virtual job fairs, interviews, meetings, and even work-from-home trends. Virtual Career Fairs
Feed Your Future virtual career fairs highlight and connect job seekers with employers and career opportunities throughout the food chain. Canadian career fairs start in October and will continue in partnership with various companies and associations, including the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair on November 16th, 2022. When in-person recruitment changed in 2020, AgCareers.com launched Feeding Your Future in partnership with the Ontario Federation of Agriculture and funding support from the Canadian Agriculture Partnership.
AgCareers.com is thrilled to continue Feed Your Future fairs across the country to enable virtual connections despite the initial funding finishing. “Though some in-person events have resumed, organizations and candidates both recognize constraints of these traditional events,” shared Kathryn Doan, CVO Director, AgCareers.com. “In contrast, the simplicity, timesaving, and cost-effectiveness of virtual recruiting is immediately measurable,” added Doan.
