AgCareers.com hosts their virtual workshop on April 8 & 9, Successful Internship Programs. The workshop is pre-approved for two continuing education credits from SHRM and HRCI. This e-workshop will get intern recruiters, managers, and supervisors up-to-speed on what students are looking for in an internship and how your organization can hold a successful program. 

 

Part 1 on Thursday, April 8 from 10-11 am Central: Do's and Don'ts of Successful Internship Programs

This segment will focus on tips for successful programs, including what interns say organizations are getting wrong, and what they are getting right.

 

Part 2 on Friday, April 9 from 10-11 am Central:  Preparing Managers for a Successful Internship

The second segment examines the manager's role in contributing to a successful internship, and how to create a productive working relationship.
