Corteva Agriscience, is looking for a Country Regulatory Leader Germany, Austria & Switzerland (m/f/d) in Munich.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and coordinating the resources and processes needed for registration, re-registration and label extensions procedures in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) in agreement with NE CU Regulatory Leader.
Ensuring successful product authorizations by the DACH RAS team through oversight of preparation and on-time submission of high quality registration dossiers to the regulatory authorities in DACH.
Fostering of trusted partnerships with external regulatory bodies and various stakeholders to understand, interpret and communicate key external developments impacting the current and future regulatory landscape
Participating in working groups to meet market post-registration needs and to ensure product stewardship by providing regulatory expertise
Partner closely with DACH commercial leaders and functional partners to ensure timely communication of key regulatory information.
Partnering with external affairs colleagues to facilitate the retention and introduction of new and existing technologies that meet farmer and consumer needs.
Identifying, interpreting and communicating changes in the regulatory environment to relevant internal stakeholders.
Inspire the team of Regulatory managers to coalesce around common best practices and to reach their full potential.
Technical degree/diploma with specialization in agriculture, biology, chemistry or an equivalent discipline; related experience in natural or agricultural sciences is desirable.
Several years of experience in registration and regulatory affairs of plant protection or chemical products in the German market.
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
Strong teamwork skills, efficient and well-organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload.
A clear and confident communicator able to articulate complex scientific ideas to non-experts.
Experience in people leadership is an advantage.
Capability to formalize and manage transversal projects.
Self-motivation to identify and fulfill customer and stakeholder needs.
