  • Leads, and is accountable for maintenance and service for all PDFLAB areas (germination chambers & dipper, grinder, puncher, dust off, sizing tower, plantability)
  • Maintain equipment in good working condition, carry out routine maintenance on equipment
  • Leads and fosters the safety culture at the location, and drives maintenance and reliability productivity improvement efforts
  • Project lead and Project management for implementation of new technologies. Responsible for planning of assigned working areas to ensure completion of the assigned tasks as defined (AutoPlant system, imaging technology). Collaborate effectively with broader Quality Testing organization, perform related duties as assigned
  • Leads monitoring and measuring recourses for calibration of Lab equipment internal and external. Ensure all equipment/Instruments/Devices used for critical measurements are calibrated prior to operations and calibration status is verified and maintained according to the Equipment Calibration/Verification Specifications
  • Lead Purchase of technical lab equipment and managing laboratory expenses to ensure that adequate maintenance supplies are available. Work on purchase orders in the eSpree system
  • Leadership/Supervision: Coach & support lab team in a manner that fosters effective collaboration and teamwork, demonstrating and modeling core values. Provide coaching and feedback throughout the year. 



  • Degree in an engineering discipline & good English skills
  • 2 to 3 years maintenance experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills, Good data mining and analysis skills
    Good verbal and written communication,Team worker, Excellent English and preferable native German language
  • Control, Electrical mechanical and construction Excellent Computer skills PC skills essential in Microsoft Office
