Manage regional day-to-day IT operational activities and oversee local sites
Oversee regional and local support vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Share and leverage best practices across regions and ensure efficiency, effectiveness and alignment of operational processes
Interface with other IT operations roles including Service Desk and User Support roles to receive, address or escalate regional or local incidents, requests, and changes
Ensure communication at regional and local levels to inform IT and the business regarding regional operations changes in service including downtimes
Make sure processes followed are in line with companys policies and procedures
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations at local sites
Drive efficiency, effectiveness and alignment of operational processes
Manage the life cycle and renew of the infrastructure at the sites, as applicable
Support local implementation of global and local projects
Support existing local application landscape
Minimum 5 years experience in End User Computing environment using Windows based desktops and laptops (Windows 7 and higher) and Apple iOS mobiles.
Experience in Standard Configuration and Patch Management (using Microsoft SCCM) and Asset Management; Service Desk management tools and processes.
Knowledge of working with an ITSM tool for support purposes, knowledge of ServiceNow tool a plus.
Experience in managing multiple parties across multiple IT disciplines including Project Managers and third-party vendors
Good understanding of IT&P operating model with broad understanding of IT services both in the applications and infrastructure space Telecom, End User Computing & Collaboration
Strong communication skills in working effectively with both business and IT both verbal and written communications
Able to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex and multicultural regional / global environment with multiple stakeholders and influencers.
Industry leading certification like ITIL & PMP a plus
