Key Responsibility Area:
Responsible for directing the sale ofPioneer Brand products in assigned Key accounts. Develops tactics to implementsales programs, strategies and policies in line with company goals. Performsdirect selling activities.
Pursues sales leads; visitingexisting and new customers who may be of strategic importance to theorganization; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products andservices; respond to more complex customer inquiries;
Negotiate prices and delivery timeswithin limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
Refers sales leads, customerfeedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts withinthe organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions andcustomer demands
Selling (Team selling& Direct selling)
Sales to existing and new customerswho may be of strategic importance to the organization
Negotiate prices and delivery timeswithin limits of authority
Coordinate orders collection from KeyAccounts
Establishes annual, quarterly,monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities sothese targets are met.
Develops longer-term sales plans forkey accounts and monitor and adopt sales activities so that these objects aremet
Develops tactics to implement salesprograms, strategies and policies in line with company goals
Maintain a thorough agronomic andtechnical knowledge of Pioneer products and services with Sales Agronomist
Trouble shoots serious customercomplaints and work to resolve them
To organize and control Side BySide/Demo trials in the Aria(planning, selection of location, observationand reporting, organization of harvest and data collection, management ofdocuments turnover
Manage introducing of new PioneerProduct in theArea
Master degree education in Agronomy
Working experience in agricultureindustry more than 5 years
Knowledge of specific market,industry and customers
Excellent communication skills, highdegree of organizational capabilities, high sensitivity towards optimalrelationship building with the customers
English level - intermediate
Ability to travel about 90%
