Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with other roles that play a part of supply deployment work process to have the right product, at the right place, at the right time to meet what our customer wants with minimal waste. Be a central contact between detailed Demand Management
  • Master Production Scheduling Process, Logistics, and Customer Service
  • Extend GMIDs to appropriate Warehouse/Terminal(s) 
  • Maintain Material Master Data at Warehouse/Terminal(s) in ECC 
  • Maintain Material Master Data at Warehouse/Terminal and Deployment Data in APO
  • Balance/Manage Deployment Requirements at a Warehouse/Terminal in APO
  • Manage Supply/Demand Balance at Warehouse/Terminal 
  • Manage Supply Feasible Shipping Schedule at Plant or Sourcing Location
  • Manage Inventory to Warehouse & Terminal Capacity
  • Executing Inter Department Transfers / Inter Company Transfer (IDT/ICT) Orders from Sourcing Location to Warehouse/Terminal hDAS Brazil DPS & Site Logistics does this, not DRP
  • Monitor IDT/ICT Purchase Orders at Plant and/or Sourcing Location to ensure that they Ship On-Time 
  • Monitor IDT/ICT Purchase Orders at Warehouse & Terminal to ensure that they Deliver On-Time
  • Manage Alerts and Exception Messages at Warehouse/Terminal, including escalation of abnormal demand within the month or warehouse availability
  • Work with CSRs to resolve Available to Promise (ATP) issues and RealTime Process Monitoring (RPM) customer order exceptions


Qualifications / Experience Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Supply Chain, business, or technical field 
  • APICS CPIM coursework (expected Part 1 within 1 year of role)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in application of tools and technology (SC system thinking)
  • Sound base in MRP2/IBP/ERP technology and supply chain systems
  • Strong communication skills & teamwork.
  • Dedication and ability to execute plans
  • Attention to detail
  • Understanding of the customer service work process
