Corteva Agriscience, Agriculture Division of DowDuPont has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager in Sevilla.
Marketing initiatives 0 -24 months to be able to execute the portfolio strategy and inform the next time horizon of marketing and strategic planning.
Seek opportunities to apply marketing tactics to multiple portfolios and product lines for synergistic (1+1=3) effect.
Enable marketing communications, digital marketing, agency relationships and CRM teams to understand the marketing tactics implementation plan.
Lead sub-regional life cycle management: product ramp-up/-down rates, retirement schedules, substitutes, portfolio mixes and numbers. Educate country teams on products, communicate product descriptions and trait scores. Maintain Synchronized life cycles in all markets; monitor profitability issues of products and/or segments. Provide input to supply (hybrids RMs, retirements) and finance. Optimize product numbers and product positioning by market segments. Coordinate technology launches as needed.
- Performance analysis and bench marking: Trial data analysis and reporting. Work towards improving trial quality and effectiveness across the country. Optimize trial network to support sales needs. Optimize product descriptions, address BU grain/silage and other quality data needs.
Develop and communicate crop project solutions upon country request. Link technical and scientific knowledge and results with business needs. Present results and concepts in a way that can be used by local teams; assist leveraging project work into sales opportunities and sales growth.
Analyze and transfer product-related country needs to Pioneer departments. Product needs by maturity and market segment, optimum product mixes; address performance issues and help develop improvements in cooperation with other departments and teams.
Develops comprehensive, integrated marketing program, including: Objectives, Target Segments, Key Messages, Trade shows, Seminars, Direct Marketing programs, Newsletters, Awards and other programs that support general marketing and sales activities.
Develops marketing tools, sales aids and communication for the designated segment of end user groups. Coordinates and provides input into advertising and media selection. Makes recommendations for product management function for new products and coordinates the communication of application needs across product lines.
Gathers, reviews and analyses market research, industry and customer data to develop strategies and tactics to enhance product group objectives, determine feasibility of new products, competitor activities and new market penetration.
M.Sc. degree in Ag-related area and/or Business administration
Min 5 years relevant professional experience within an international business environment.
Good command of English.
Ability to operate independently and to take the initiative in accomplishing job responsibilities.
Good project management skills.
Good communication skills with ability to interface well with wide variety of people.
