Cargill Risk Management, a business unit of Cargill is a pioneer and leader in providing risk management solutions. The Senior Director role is designed to increase the origination effectiveness, efficiency, and results of the inside and outside sales teams across the organization. The Senior Director works with regional management and sales teams to implement product line strategies, increase sales team technical competency, and identify local market opportunities. In addition, the Senior Director shares relevant market information, product strategies, and customer insights with peers across the business for adoption in other geographies. Market opportunities are communicated to product line management for possible new product development consideration. This role also provides effective input and feedback on constructive sales tools, promotions, and other tactics to engage customers and the sales team.

25% - Self-initiate, Identify, prospect, initiate, onboard new and develop existing base, precious and ferrous metal tailored derivatives sales profitable customer relationships, using 100% OTC exotics, options and swaps.
25% - Effectively communicate Cargill Risk Management's value proposition across multiple levels within customer's organization for metals tailored hedging solutions. Industry segments include Mining, Smelters, Trading Companies, Manufacturing, Recycling, other.
10% - Leverage Cargill Size by Cross - selling / connect customers and prospects with other tailored hedging solutions divisions of CRM in Ags, Energy, Resins, and other Cargill Businesses that can benefit customers value creation. Examples Trade Capital Markets, Ocean Transportation, other.
10% - Bring the Outside In. Be innovative, bring metals industry knowledge to develop new hedging business tailored products, connect and partner with existing Cargill businesses to find added value customer solutions and improve policies, and best practices.
15% - Coordinate with CRM credit, trading, operations, reporting and other functional areas to ensure full compliance with existing regulations and policies.
15% CRM Metals Team coverage, CRM and Metals Team Training, industry event presentations, customer tailored seminars, brand building and customer education events active participation.
