The Maintenance Warehouse Administrator will support the Maintenance and Reliability Organization (MRO) Warehouse team through data entry, metrics tracking and direct inventory support (cycle counts, purchasing, etc.) of the MRO Warehouse. The role will work directly with the MRO Warehouse Supervisor, Maintenance Clerk, Inventory Specialist and Kitting Leads to ensure the warehouse inventory is physically and electronically accurate.
45% Support MRO Inventory through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (Maximo or SAP). This can include updating the inventory system based on inventory usage sheets compiled by others and entering new/modified assets and spare parts, based on input from others. Provide additional support to the Inventory Specialist for the receiving of MRO Parts into the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
30% Support Source to Pay processes by completing data entry related to purchase orders, receiving and service entry sheets. Work includes daily review of invoice reports (parked, blocked, GRIR) and reviewing/troubleshooting the invoices on these reports to resolution.
15% Support the MRO Warehouse team with cycle counts based on Best Practices. Help track and trend metrics and other inventory data as required.
10% Perform other duties as assigned, including participation in continuous improvement activities related to EHS, FSQR, Reliability and Production Excellence.
Relocation will not be provided for this position.
Skills: Required Qualifications • High School Diploma/GED • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Able and willing to travel as needed, typically 10% or less.
Preferred Qualifications • 1+ years' experience in administrative and/or maintenance or reliability fields • Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, including Maximo or SAP • Experience in maintenance storerooms • Experience in Root Cause Analysis and/or 5Y • Continuous improvement experience
