As a Specialist GLP QA Auditor, you will ensure compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency's Good Laboratory Practice (EPA GLP) standards for regulatory studies. As a Specialist GLP QA Auditor, you create chemistry by...

  • Assuring that studies, personnel, and the BASF testing facility comply with the EPA Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) GLP requirements by independently planning, conducting, and reporting study-based and testing facility-based inspections.

  • Supporting onsite inspections by regulatory agencies.
  • Independently inspecting contract facilities to assess compliance with EPA FIFRA GLP standards, recognizing deviations from the promulgated GLP standards as well as the magnitude of these deviations.

If you...

  • Possess a BS in chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences, or a related field of study with 6+ years of relevant laboratory experience, or an advanced degree in the same fields with 4+ years of relevant laboratory experience.
  • Hold a thorough knowledge and understanding of EPA FIFRA GLP regulations, strongly preferred. Knowledge and understanding of Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) GLP guidelines and/or Food and Drug Administration (FDA) GLP regulations may also be considered.
  • Exhibit advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office) and proficiency in relevant databases and software.
  • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills focused on completing task-oriented procedures.
