This is an exempt-level position. This is not a remote position, and the individual must report in to the Decatur, IL headquarters facility for work.
Job Summary
This role requires close collaboration with maintenance, reliability, operations and IT departments to ensure the continued adoption and utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) at ADM to help drive more planned and proactive maintenance.
The role has three primary responsibilities:
Ensuring Master Data Integrity - Responsible for overseeing the implementation and compliance of master data requirements per the ADM Asset Management Standard for effective work management and the accurate reporting of the maintenance processes; identify where gaps exist, work with site-based and regional teams to close those gaps
Reporting and Analytics - Prepare KPIs, reports, and develop and maintain process improvement metrics, while generating CMMS reports for management; analyze and contextualize the CMMS data to identify improvement opportunities in the work management process
CMMS Support and Training - Maintain and update data in the CMMS, including asset records, preventive maintenance tasks, spare parts listings, and user access; train maintenance professionals in the use of the CMMS to effectively execute their daily tasks; troubleshoots CMMS issues and researches various CMMS topics for the Maintenance departments
Essential Job Functions
Works on various projects as assigned to implement/standardize the use of CMMS systems
Works with Reliability teams to implement the output of asset criticality assessments in the CMMS
Utilizes Strategy to Maintain (Asset Tactics Development) to upload standardized PMs for plant assets
Ensure a consistent approach to the implementation and use master data in the CMMS
Troubleshoots data quality and integrity issues, create KPIs and assess their overall effectiveness
Track work orders, equipment costs and other transactional data in CMMS and provide insights to the maintenance and reliability teams
Provide training as needed to the Maintenance and Reliability teams in CMMS and other bolt-on CMMS tools
Research CMMS related issues for the Maintenance departments
Applies mass updates to PM's, PdM's, charts, queries and KPI's
Applies mass updates and governs maintenance master data for locations: location lists, asset records, equipment classifications etc.
Assists and provides guidance to ensure bill of materials are added to assets in the hierarchy
Develop and roll out global standards concerning CMMS systems
Required Qualifications
Tertiary education in a STEM field with 3+years maintenance planning and zero-based budgeting experience, OR 10-15 years or more in industrial maintenance planning and zero-based budgeting experience in lieu
Proven Maximo, SAP and/or JD Edwards experience as a superuser or CMMS implementation specialist
Prior experience as a Lead Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Planning Superintendent, or equivalent
Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Projects experience
Proven ability to balance multiple tasks
Ability to produce professional and accurate work in a timely manner
Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities based on business objectives
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Data mapping and/or analysis experience
Knowledge of using reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
Knowledge of HTML
