We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RTR Team Lead to join our Record to Report team in ADM Global Business Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible in leading the team who perform and review journal entries, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, fixed asset accounting and Balance Sheet reconciliations. This role also involves supervising, guiding the team who is able to meet the deliverables, as well as training and socializing them at various levels of the organization.
Lead the team who prepare and review of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other processes preformed by the RTR team to ensure these tasks are being done correctly, with proper support and per policy if applicable.
Develop a process to continually audit these processes to ensure adherence to ADM standards on these tasks.
Maintain, review, and control process documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and compliant with company standards.
Ensure RTR KPIs are met consistently.
Ensure stakeholder feedbacks are being heard and implemented.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of process documentation and training programs.
This resource must have a proactive approach to problem solving and working with cross functional team members in finance and navigate the team appropriately.
Drive standardization and simplification of global RTR end-to-end processes and provide recommendations for ownership and positioning of key processes across RTR.
Drive simplification, process improvement and automation.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree in related field such as Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 5 to 8 years in similar roles, preferably in a Global Business Services environment
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a Global Business Services environment
Ability to manage the team, highlight the risk and deliver the goals set.
Ability to adapt to rapid and emerging changes in the business and technological environment.
Skill in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization to implement changes.
Focus on achieving set goals and objectives, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate them towards common goals.
Commitment to high ethical standards and personal integrity.
Ability to work independently, collaborative and lead the team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proven track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives and performance in complex organizations.
