Position Summary

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Agricultural Engineering, or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in food, agricultural, or chemical processing.
  • Demonstrated leadership in safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production systems.
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions and meet physical requirements (e.g., climbing, lifting, confined spaces).
  • Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment is a plus
