What would be your key responsibilities
  • You support the development and implementation of the marketing strategy in collaboration with the Marketing Director
  • You monitor market trends and consumer insights to support the growth strategy and improve customer engagement
  • You generate and evaluate innovative ideas and translate them into actionable go-to-market concepts
  • You create beverage concepts that are tailored to customers and consumers, based on our product portfolio and value proposition
  • You develop marketing materials and presentations to showcase product and category strengths
  • You contribute to external marketing initiatives such as campaigns, trade fairs, and PR activities
  • You collaborate closely with internal departments like R&D, Product Development, Purchasing, Legal/Regulatory, and others
  • You work effectively in international and multifunctional Teams
  • You prepare and participate in fairs
What will make you successful
  • You hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology or a related field
  • You bring 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing or brand management, ideally within the food or beverage industry
  • You have a passion for food trends and a strong understanding of market and consumer behavior
  • You communicate clearly and confidently, and you enjoy creating compelling presentations
  • You thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments and enjoy working in diverse teams
  • You manage projects effectively, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks with ease
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented, and quick to grasp new concepts
  • You speak and write English and German fluently and hold a valid EU work permit
  • You are open to occasional business travel (approx. 10%)
