• Design effective visual assets for corporate and marketing activations
• Working within an existing campaign direction, build out assets for a wide range of executions
• Review briefs and ensure they have a clear audience and goal, as well as any other information necessary for you to deliver effective work.
• Strengthen our corporate brand by ensuring it's presented consistently
• Collaborate with agency partners, sometimes coaching them on brand compliance and sometimes sharing design workload across a campaign
• Develop and grow a working knowledge of ADM and our products and services
• Based on internal customer briefings, design materials in line with ADM branding guidelines, including but not restricted to:
• Packaging (packaging adaptation, new product design, and adaptations)
• Marketing materials and point of sales material (brochures, leaflets, posters, banners, standees, uniforms, gifts...)
• Digital concept (e-mailing campaign, website advertising...)
• Exhibitions (booths, backdrops, invitations...)
• Advertising and media material
• Manage production of marketing materials and point of sales materials for Asia business development and marketing teams, ensuring the optimum cost and quality
• Ensure the right implementation of corporate and regional branding guidelines at Asia level
• Manage proper execution of Asian exhibitions and events
• Support other designers in Asian countries

• Educational: Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 5-7 years of design experience
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
• Experience in working at a global & matrix organization: local and regional responsibilities
• Understanding animal feed or pet food industries is a plus
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Fluency in design tools and trends
• Comfort with changing priorities and a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
