ADM Agriculture operates from locations throughout the UK and offers a people-based quality service to farmers and consumers. As well as providing an integrated supply chain to ADM's UK assets in milling and oilseed crushing. ADM Agriculture supply a full range of non-grain feed ingredients to the feed and fuel markets, alongside a comprehensive range of seed and fertiliser products.
Your Responsibilities
Working as part of a team in a modern open plan office to administrate ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts. To assist with customer requests and support with stock reconciliations.
• To administer ex-store, ex-mill and delivered contracts
• To assist with customer enquiries and requests
• To issue sales and delivery invoices
• To enter collections and other stock transactions onto bespoke IT systems
• Recording of storage rent invoices, purchase invoices and quality claims
• Stock reconciliations
• To keep quality systems up to date, including the HACCP system
• Covering other team members and assisting in their duties
Your Profile
Experience in an office/commercial environment
Educated to A' Level standard or equivalent standard.
English language
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Intermediate level in Word and Excel.
Accurate data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player, with the ability to build relationships
Reliable and has the ability to manage own workload
Good problem solving skills
