To lead and manage the team of Technical Sales Representative (TSR) / Free-Range Birds Specialist (FRBS), execute strategies and build strong customer relationships within the assigned sales district in order to achieve sales target, drive growth and ensure over-all success of the district.
Your Responsibilities:
Executes all sales and marketing strategies as mandated by immediate management.
Leads, motivates, mentors and monitors performance of all TSRs and FRBS assigned in the district to meet individual and team goals.
Builds and maintain strong relationships with distributor/dealers and other stakeholders to maximize opportunities and drive customer satisfaction.
Closely monitors the sales growth of all distributors/dealers/sub-dealers in your assigned area and ensures that all target quotas are met.
Ensures the consistent supply of ADM Animal Nutrition products in your assigned distribution network.
Makes certain that the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) is strictly implemented.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies, resolve customer complaints, and achieve over-all business objectives of the district.
Monitors both physical appearance and product performance of all products from store outlets to end-users. Taking note of all changes/complaints and reporting them immediately to your immediate supervisor and concerned department.
Constantly creates new store/farm accounts, conducts vet missions and organizes municipal and/or barangay-wide seminars or related activities to create sales demand.
Regularly updates the management with industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to identify business opportunities and address potential challenges.
Attends meetings, conferences, workshops and training sessions and reviews publications and audio - visual materials to become and remain current on the principles, practices and new developments in assigned work areas.
Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities and ensures adherence to of all subordinates.
Complies with any other additional projects given by the Regional & National Sales Manager.
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree holder in Animal Science, Agri-Business or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving sales target
Team player, highly-organized, aggressive and self-motivated
Able to carry out plans efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills
Knows how to drive and with valid driver's license
Willing to travel and willing to be assigned anywhere
Basic computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
