We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will develop Power BI dashboards and Excel-based solutions to support business insights and reporting. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to analyze business needs and optimize processes.

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Develop Power BI Reports & Dashboards - Design and maintain interactive reports to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Excel-Based Solutions - Create and optimize Excel models, reports, and automation tools for business analysis.

  • Collaborate with Strategic Partners - Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to align business objectives and analytical solutions.

  • Data Analysis & Insights - Gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and business opportunities.

  • Process Optimization - Assess and improve existing business processes through data-driven recommendations.

  • Documentation & Reporting - Maintain clear documentation of analytical processes, reports, and insights for stakeholders.

  • Blackline Administrator - Maintain and configure Blackline platform

  • KPI Data Collection Coordination - Lead and manage the end-to-end process of gathering data from multiple sources for KPI development and reporting.



What will make you successful

  • Power BI Expertise - Strong knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.

  • Advanced Excel Skills - Proficiency in Excel, including VBA coding for automation and complex data processing.

  • Analytical Mindset - Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and provide actionable business insights.

  • Fluent in English (B2+)

  • Finance Background - Experience in financial analysis or reporting.

Willingness to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
