Responsibilities:

  • Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADM vendors and customers, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant integration into ADM systems,
  • Gathering, reviewing and verifying documentation from ADM vendors and customers,
  • Acting as the first point of contact in the onboarding process for ADM vendors and customers, as well as internal stakeholders,
  • Contacting vendors for bank details confirmations,
  • Working with Master Data Management employees and other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, credit team) to ensure a seamless onboarding process and clean input for their processes,
  • Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to internal policies, set targets and deadlines,
  • Monitoring internal and external customers' feedback and sharing insights to improve services,
  • Implementing improvements within the scope of onboarding processes.
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, and an international environment (working in Shared Service would be an advantage),
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Good command of English and Romanian - written and oral (additional foreign languages like German and French would be an advantage),
  • Graduate of philological, administrative, public relations, psychological,l or marketing studies,
  • Strong problem-solving abilities,
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
