Responsibilities:

Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADM vendors and customers, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant integration into ADM systems,
Gathering, reviewing and verifying documentation from ADM vendors and customers,
Acting as the first point of contact in the onboarding process for ADM vendors and customers, as well as internal stakeholders,
Contacting vendors for bank details confirmations,
Working with Master Data Management employees and other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, credit team) to ensure a seamless onboarding process and clean input for their processes,
Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to internal policies, set targets and deadlines,
Monitoring internal and external customers' feedback and sharing insights to improve services,
Implementing improvements within the scope of onboarding processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, administration, and an international environment (working in Shared Service would be an advantage),
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Good command of English and Romanian - written and oral (additional foreign languages like German and French would be an advantage),
Graduate of philological, administrative, public relations, psychological,l or marketing studies,
Strong problem-solving abilities,
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
