Position Overview

Titan Lansing a wholly owned subsidiary of the Andersons is a logistics and transloading companyÂwith bulk commodity rail and storage facilities in NM TX & AZ. Titan Lansing wholesales and distributes fuel sand and other bulk commodities supporting the transportation and the oil and gas industry. This position is responsible for assigning monitoring adjusting and controlling daily activities associated with transloading operations and product loading. This position is accountable for managing the daily activities of a terminal including operations staffing maintenance safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily safe operations maintenance and general facility upkeep to expected standards.
• Select train develop and evaluate performance of all employees.
• Responsible for facility logistics including inventory logistics demurrage management and forecasting.
• Develop maintain new and existing vendor and contractor relationships while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in safety quality inventory and production through established processes and ensure reporting is completed in a timely manner.
• Lead the facility safety programs including safety meetings and safety training.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelorâs Degree required
• 5-7 yearsâ relevant experience required

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

Work subjects the employee to inside and outside environmental conditions extremes in temperature and hazards associated with equipment operations and material handling. This position requires heavy 51lb â 100lbs lifting pushing and pulling frequently. This position also requires employees to stand walk reach overhead squat or kneel bend and grasp frequently.
