Polywest is a distributor of liquid handling products including polyethylene tanks.  We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, based out of our Head Office in Winnipeg.  As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers in the designated market 
• Promote the Polywest product line and increase growth. 
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing clients as well as the Polywest team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Convert customer inquiries and leads to orders
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Provide excellent product support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in agricultural sales, commercial/residential plumbing sales or liquid handling related field 
• Posses a technical aptitude and a willingness to troubleshoot. A solution seller.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to produce results individually and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Experience in business development and lead generation
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
• Demonstrate a customer service-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills
