JOB TITLE: SEED WAREHOUSE LEAD

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ag experience preferred with ability to converse easily with Ag grower customers
- Detail-oriented and safety-focused
- Ability to operate machinery used in warehouse operations, such as forklift, loader, conveyor, tractor
- Ability to be trained in seed treatment operation
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season, April-August

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a successful retail Seed Corn/Ag Chem business located in central Nebraska to find and hire a Seed Warehouse Lead. Some warehouse experience preferred but not required for this role. Primary duties to include:
- Maintaining product inventory and tracking product in the warehouse
- Organizing customer orders, deliveries and returns
- Performing seed treatment duties as necessary
- Operating machinery
- Following all company safety regulations
- Assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Conducting regular housecleaning duties and record keeping
- Performing other duties as assigned
