JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Agronomy degree preferred; employer will also consider relative experience
- Proven Agronomy Sales experience with crop inputs including Seed
- Must be able to bring Seed customers immediately to role
- Excellent Communication/Presentation skills
- Sales Leader, Relationship-Builder and Negotiator
- Proficient with Computer Technology as well as social media
- Preference for an individual already residing in and selling within Minnesota

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Seed DSM for a territory in Minnesota. This Seed DSM and his/her team will be responsible for achieving maximum sales and increased market penetration within their territory. Primary role will be to lead / manage the direct sales activities of his/her Seed Dealers within the territory. Additionally, this Seed DSM will assist his/her Seed Dealers with building a solid network of seed customers within their area, helping them to distribute products efficiently, and helping them to negotiate prices with their customers. Additional duties to include:
- Developing and reviewing business plans including marketing with your Seed Dealers
- Recruiting new Seed Dealers
- Training new Seed Dealers
