JOB TITLE: PRODUCT MANAGER - S CENTRAL KS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
- Agricultural background a must
- Experience operating Ag equipment a must
- Parts sales highly beneficial
- Ag equipment sales helpful
- Self-directed with trainer-style personality
- Relationship-builder with solid communication and computer skills
- CDL a plus; ability to acquire a DOT Physical Card a must

***EMPLOYER WILL CONSIDER A RECENT COLLEGE GRADUATE WITH AG BACKGROUND AND EQUIPMENT OPERATION EXPERIENCE***

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role is a mixture of Inside Sales / Technical Support / Product Support / Marketing / Advertising. This individual will:
- Be the direct liaison between company and vendors
- Be trained to have an in-depth understanding of the 7-8 equipment brands they will support and cross-trained to have good working knowledge of all vendors
- Develop/Maintain positive habits on selling, maintenance of accounts and growth of new accounts
- Build relationships with current and prospective dealers as well as other distributors and representatives throughout the industry
- Support our dealer network answering product questions or concerns, both whole goods and parts issues
- Organize, plan, set-up and attend/support trade shows
- Assist in planning/executing product demonstrations at both the retail and dealer level
- Other responsibilities regarding developing, administering, supporting and maintaining product pricing. warranties and programs
- Typically a Monday-Friday role with a handful of weekends per year devoted to trade shows and equipment demonstrations
