JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a Tennessee animal nutrition company who is searching for a Plant Manager for their milling operation. Looking for someone with management experience in both plant management and employee management. Responsibilities will include: overseeing the operation, implementing a preventative maintenance program and safe feed program, the management of and training of employees, budget development and management, documentation, quality control, shipping & receiving of inbound/outbound truck and rail, inventory control, equipment/plant maintenance, and oversight of all safety and regulatory compliance. Need to know equipment and have the proven ability to train personnel. CDL license a plus!
