JOB TITLE: PIVOT TECHNICIAN

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mechanically apt with basic computer skills
- Good knowledge / understanding of Center Pivot Irrigation systems including corner irrigation systems
- In-house center pivot irrigation manufacturer training and experience working on center pivot equipment
- Solid work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Self-directed and organized with ability to track, record, and plan jobs
- Ability to physically perform duties of the role, i.e., climbing stairs and ladders, bending, squatting, using a variety of hand tools, lifting up to 80 lbs. and tolerating various weather conditions
- Ability to operate power equipment such as skid loaders, zero turn mowers, etc.
- Clean driving record with ability to pass a background check, drug and alcohol testing and government employee E-Verify check a MUST
- Desire to live / work in Southeastern Nebraska

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting a successful Southeastern Nebraska Ag business to recruit and hire an experienced Pivot Technician for their family-owned Ag equipment dealership. Ideal candidate will have experience working on center pivot irrigation equipment including corner irrigation systems, and must be mechanically apt with a strong work ethic. Primary duties to include installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of center pivot irrigation systems. During off-season, this Pivot Technician will be involved with indoor projects or helping with underground work or facility maintenance.

Employee to provide his own hand tools and electric meter. Employer to provide service truck with all necessary specialty tools and diagnostic equipment.
