- 2-5 years previous feedlot experience or college degree and internships
- Strong animal health and nutrition experience
- Work well with others, good oral and written communication skills, Spanish speaking a plus
- Committed, loyal and honest that is a self-starter, hardworking and have good attitude
- Willingness to jump in and assist where needed
- Requires good computer skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is searching for a good employee for this Nebraska Feedlot. Feedyard is permitted to 25,000 head. Searching for a person with strong cattle experience to assist in all areas of the feed yard with day-to-day operations. Need a person who has good job stability and a good livestock / animal husbandry background. Person will check cattle/pen ride throughout the feedyard, oversee processing and shipping of cattle and will assist with feeding of cattle. Need a person who can see the big picture, who can make decisions on his or her own as well as work as a team player in passing information up to the manager as well as carrying out directions as given. Hourly wage will depend upon experience, references, and stability shown in past employment.
